About
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 14 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. I have profound respect for the strength that it takes to be vulnerable and explore your emotions, behaviors, relationships, and trauma in therapy. A meaningful therapeutic relationship can serve as a powerful catalyst for transformative change and growth.

I specialize in working with young adults who have experienced interpersonal trauma as well as individuals experiencing identity issues and navigating life transitions. I work primarily from a psychodynamic foundation while integrating my experiences providing trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I have extensive specialized training in working with trauma survivors and I am trained in Somatic and Attachment focused EMDR.
I am committed to a clinical approach that understands the impact of systemic, institutional, and interpersonal traumas and continuously work to deepen my understanding of my own identity and the role that it plays in the therapeutic space. I am a trauma-informed LGBTQ+ affirming therapist who works from an anti-oppressive lens, understanding the importance of honoring the intersections of one’s identity.
